Because if you don’t, there is the danger you might end up becoming a caricature of yourself, a human Xerox machine chugging out pictures that become ever-fainter shadows of the originals. There are too many pictures made that look like other people’s pictures. "
Photobook New Zealand will be our first ever photobook fair and donations are needed to get this inaugural festival off the ground!
Photobook New Zealand is a brand new event to give New Zealand's wonderful photographers and independent presses the opportunity to showcase their books. It will be held from 11 - 13 March 2016 in Wellington and feature displays of photographers' books and a programme of exciting speakers from New Zealand and Australia.
