This exhibition of the 50 greatest photographs of National Geographic opened today in Upper Hutt, and it an absolute must see. What amazed me was how may of the photos were snapped in the moment, unexpectedly and some photographers not even realising they had taken such great images until months later looking through contact prints. This image below by James Nachtwey was a clear stand out for me. It took my breath away.
Getting closer to making actual print runs of my first monograph "Daylight Hours". There will be an 8x8" Softcover and 8x10" Hardcover. I'm considering making a special hardcover edition that will come with an editioned (#1) A4 print, created as a proof for the Daylight Hours exhibition: July 10th- August 4th Photospace Gallery
